Strong spoken English, a clear accent, confidence in customer communication, and the ability to handle sales conversations are essential for this role.
What you’ll do
- Generate and handle sales opportunities for the US market
- Connect with prospects through calls and other communication channels
- Understand customer requirements and present relevant products or services
- Conduct sales conversations and product/service presentations
- Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Handle customer questions and sales objections professionally
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- 0–2 years of sales experience
- US sales experience or exposure is required
